This is how we roll!

I have a few minutes today and decided to put up a FEW pictures of what we've been up to!
The kids just love to play with their dad, especially when he's trying to nap in his hammock!!

Just a few more months to go!

He's the biggest cheeser EVER! This is the face I get, every time I say SMILE!

He just loves four-wheelers too!

As well as this Lone Ranger! He's always Lone Ranger, no matter where or what we're doing!

We love to ride bikes.  We load up and go throw rocks in the water...another thing they LOVE to do!

This poor little guy was so exhausted...he fell asleep while swinging!  I think all of my kids have had this happen to them, it's just so cute! I love it!

We've never had a 3D ultrasound before, but my doctor thought it'd be fun to try to get an image of this one for us. I'll try to explain.
This is a view of the face.  This picture looks like there's a black hole...it's just from the imaging, but that black area is just above the right eye.  You can see the two eyes, the full right eye and half of the left.  The button nose, just like the others!  The little lips and the right cheek.  The baby happens to be laying on or resting the left arm on the left cheek and covering the other half of the left eye.  Hopefully this helps you.  I've stared at it long enough that I know what it is...but I had to ask to have the doctor tell me exactly what I was viewing too.  Even after 4 others, I still can't read an ultrasound without help!
These two best buds are ready for their choir concert! The school year is now over with a fun summer ahead!

They got to go help move wheel lines with dad and grandpa.  It was cold, muddy, and very wet!

The 2nd grade had a talent show where "drawing" was the talent displayed here!  The kids just "ooh-ed" and "aah-ed" over his pictures!  I'm very proud of him!

And while the older two were at school...I'm trying to wrangle these two cowboys back at home!

She finally graduated from Kindergarten.  She had such an awesome teacher and experience.  She just loves school and is VERY ready for the 1st grade...or 2nd...or 3rd!!!

Oh how I love help when making bread!  It always makes such a huge mess when I get help in the kitchen, but that's when we have the most fun!

This little guy loves to "fly to the clouds" and dad is the only one that can throw him high enough!

I LOVE GARDENS!!!! We finally got our garden planted on Memorial Day!  I got a tiller for Mother's Day (my pleading) and we put it straight to work.  Dad, the kids, and I worked ALL DAY in the garden and it was so nice to have their help...they always help plant the garden...but it was EXTRA nice to have help so I didn't have to get up and down so much!

He found some mud and just had to "throw rocks in the water"!!  His favorite thing to do!

I just love this picture of our daddy!  It doesn't show "the HAIR"...but it's out of control!!  I just love the ruggedness and smile of this man! (I have a picture of THE HAIR...let me get that one put up here as well...just a second...)
There's "THE HAIR"

YEP...there we go.  That's our rugged dad!

What's better to end a whole day in the yard, than with a small fire, roasting hot dogs and making S'MORES?!!!  I LOVE S'MORES!!

They are so messy....

....and FUN!!!

We are really enjoying our summer break so far!  We always have lots to do, but we always sneak in a little fun!!!  We are gearing up for the baby and are excited to have this new addition to our little crew!  I don't suppose I'll post before then...I think I know myself pretty well ;) ...so hopefully everyone has a great summer and we'll introduce the new little Smith when it gets here!

One Happy Family!

In November, we had the opportunity to go to St. George for my sisters wedding.  We did our family pictures as well at the red rocks.  It was beautiful.

This big guy will be turning 8 in a few weeks.  Baptism right around the corner for him! He just lost his first tooth a couple days ago! He pulled it out himself!!!

This sweet princess just turned 6 in January.  We had a fun time having everyone over for dinner and cake and ice cream.  She's my HUGE helper and doing great in school!

This little man is crazy being a spiderman and cowboy all at once! He keeps us on our toes, for sure!

This sweet little guy can just melt your heart with his sweet smile. He's big into football right now, throwing whatever ball he can find. He's starting to talk and interact with the kids so much. He'll be 2 in April.

And for our newest addition: COMING SOON! Coming at a VERY busy time for us actually, but we are SUPER excited!

As for Dad and Mom.  We are doing great!

November...

...has been very busy for us!

Beautiful fall day to go and explore the tractor.
A day to rake leaves and slide right down into them!

I think even the little guy liked flying from the slide to the pile of leaves!

And always finding time to ride bikes!
Heading south to St. George for Aunt Jen's wedding, we stopped to grab some lunch...
this little man got a "phone call" from "Joker"!!! What an imagination!

Crazy kids gotta get a picture in the large rocking chair in Beaver, Utah!

Even Mom and Dad!

A morning at the temple with my older sister and Taylor.  Of course, we caught breakfast at IHOP afterwards!

Lunch with cousins!

Dinner with almost everyone!

A day at the "Spin Park" in St. George.

I really thought she was going either fly off this thing or throw up...but she didn't do either!  She hung on ever so tightly!

The bigger kids came up with a game.  They would all stand on the ring and start to walk.  As their weight started to spin the wheel, one would yell, STOP.  They were supposed to stop where they were and not let the movement of the wheel knock them off.  It was a pure balance game and they played for quite some time!

It started to rain on us, but we were able to catch this view of the beautiful rainbow!
A happy wake up from their uncle.

Which one is going to get tackled?!!
The Wedding Cake
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU BOBI...for your help, guidance, confidence, and PATIENCE with me as we worked on this together.  It turned out just how she wanted it!  The bride and groom just absolutely loved it!

The reception in Rigby, Idaho. Somewhat decorated, but I forgot to retake one with all the lights off, so you could see the lights in the lanterns and on the tables.  Oops.  Hopefully someone else got a good picture and I can get a copy to post later on.  The reception in St. George was similarly decorated...we really tried to copy how big sister decorated down there.  It was beautiful.  Both receptions were very nice, and the bride and groom are darling.
(I however, do not have any pictures of them YET to post.  But, as soon as I get one, I'll let you see them!)
The bride didn't want a real cake at the reception in Rigby...so guess what I did?  Yep, I threw it all away!!!  All that time, and time, and more time...I just chucked it after the reception in St. George was over and I breathed a sigh of relief that I didn't have to worry whether it was going to make it all together to another reception!
So, instead, I did what any sister would do.  I made the cake of her dreams.  Ever since she was a teen, the bride has talked about having a dr. pepper cake!  Well, since she loves DP and he loves Pepsi, we combined the two!  Pretty clever, eh?!!
(Thanks Lori for encouraging me to post again!  How odd for me to do two posts so closely together!  I'll try to be better!)
